I originally visited Dr Raquel for under eye polynucleotides after having consultations at two other clinics. As this was a new treatment for me, and such a delicate area, I wanted to make sure I was in the right hands. Unfortunately, I just didn’t come away from my previous consultations with that level of confidence. However, from the moment I walked into Dr Raquel’s clinic, I had a completely different feeling. The atmosphere is professional, calm and welcoming, and I instantly felt comfortable and confident that I was in safe hands.

Dr Raquel is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and approachable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. During my initial consultation, I learned so much about my skin and was given personalised recommendations that I’ve continued to follow, which have made a real difference to my skin’s dryness. She also talked me through the possible downtime and even showed me photos of what to expect after polynucleotides, something that hadn’t been mentioned during my previous consultations. It really showed how thorough she is and how much she genuinely cares about making sure her patients are fully informed and prepared.

I was quite nervous about having polynucleotides, but Dr Raquel completely put me at ease. Every step of the procedure was explained, and as someone who’s a complete wimp when it comes to treatments, I can honestly say there was nothing to worry about.

I’ve now had three polynucleotide treatments, as well as other procedures, and I’ve been so impressed with the results and the professionalism throughout. While the clinic is more expensive than some others, it is absolutely worth every penny for the expertise, care and peace of mind you receive.

A special mention also goes to Natalie, who is so friendly and welcoming. The aftercare is fantastic too, they genuinely care about their patients and always check in afterwards to make sure you’re recovering well and to answer any questions.

I recently had several treatments with Dr Raquel. I have had Botox treatment in the past but have never had such a fantastic and pain free (as pain free as possible!) experience as I had with dr Raquel. If you’ve had treatment in the past you’ll know what I mean- the same small needles that can be quite painful even on the first injection. But dr Raquel uses the best products and it shows in the Much increased comfort I experienced. I also had Botox under my arms (not sweating is AMAZING!) and again, it was the least painful experience I’ve ever had The numbing cream was wonderful. Combine the comfort in the treatment with dr Raquel’s confidence and experience and it makes for a fantastic environment that I would recommend to anyone. From the moment you are greeted by Natalie (the clinic coordinator) to follow ups post treatment – everything is world class Oh and easy parking out front!

I initially booked a consultation for concerns around ageing skin and TMJ issues, having heard Botox in the jaw could help. I would quite happily have gone ahead and spent £400 on treatment, so what I received instead was incredibly refreshing and unexpected.

Nothing ever felt too much trouble and she helped create such a calm, friendly and luxurious atmosphere throughout every visit.
