How do I know what each treatment does?

We have dedicated pages for all our treatments, along with videos and FAQs which you can view here

Why do I need to have a consultation?

Our 1 hour consultation ensures your treatment is personalised to your needs. We assess your skin, discuss goals, and create a safe, effective plan just for you.

What happens during a consultation appointment?

Before every treatment, we will do a full consultation with you. This means we will ask you about previous treatments and surgeries you may have had, as well as any health conditions or medications you are on. This is important, as your safety is our highest priority.

We will talk about what your concerns are and what sort of results you want to achieve; this allows me to get to know you and your goals. We will then discuss your treatment options.

During this appointment, you will also be able to ask me any questions you may have, as it will be an opportunity for you to get to know me as well.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Avoid sun exposure, alcohol, and blood-thinning medications (like aspirin) 24–48 hours before. Arrive with clean skin—no makeup or creams.

What treatments are best for my concerns?

We’ll recommend options during your consultation based on your goals—whether it’s smoothing wrinkles, boosting hydration, or tightening skin. Every treatment is tailored to you.

How much can I expect to pay for treatments?

Prices vary depending on your custom plan. We’ll provide clear costs during your consultation, with no hidden fees. We also offer Membership Plans for monthly repayments with a one time deposit.

Does it hurt?

Most treatments are comfortable, with minimal discomfort. We use advanced techniques (and numbing creams if needed) to keep you at ease.

Are there side effects or risks?

Possible temporary redness or swelling may occur, but we prioritise safety and aftercare to minimise risks. All details will be discussed beforehand.

How soon will I see results?

Some treatments show immediate effects, while others (like collagen-stimulating procedures) improve over weeks. We’ll explain what to expect for your chosen treatment.

How do dermal fillers work?

Are dermal fillers safe?

Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid-based fillers and have one of the best safety profiles of any injectable treatment, due to their biodegradable nature. They are minimally invasive and safe, if done by an experienced medical professional. As with any procedure, there are possible risks, the most common being post-procedure redness, bruising and swelling. All risks will be discussed on your consultation.

How long do dermal fillers last?

Dermal fillers can last anywhere between three to 18 months. This will depend on the type of filler injected, the amount of filler used, the area of the face being treated and how active it is. It is also affected by how quickly your body naturally breaks down the filler, which will vary from person to person. During our consultation, we can discuss this in detail, taking into consideration your specific needs.

Do dermal fillers have any side effects?

Dermal fillers are minimally invasive and most people can return to their normal life immediately after treatment. However, all treatments pose some risk; the common side effects are redness, swelling and bruising. Allergic reactions are very rare but can occur. If you suffer from cold sores, it’s advisable to do preventive medication before treatment.

How do anti-wrinkle injections work?

Anti-wrinkle injections are a non-invasive procedure. A small injection is administered to facial muscles to smoothen out wrinkles and fine lines.

The injections work by blocking nerve signals to the muscles. The mechanisms that cause wrinkles are minimised, therefore reducing the formation of future lines and wrinkles and softening the appearance of current ones. The more treatments you have, the longer the effects will last and the more existing lines will fade. This helps to slow the ageing process, maintaining your youthfulness for longer.

It is a safe and painless procedure which leaves you feeling revitalised and refreshed.

What are the benefits of anti-wrinkle injections?

In a nutshell, your skin will look better, and you will find yourself feeling fresher, rejuvenated and more confident.

Many of us feel unhappy with the way we look, and that can have an impact on our self-confidence.  Anti-wrinkle injections can be a great confidence-booster, enabling you to feel comfortable in your own skin.

How long do anti-wrinkle injections last?

Anti-wrinkle injections last from around three to six months but will vary from person to person. A gradual fading effect can be seen about five to six weeks after the treatment is done. With repeated treatments, effects will last longer. During our consultation, we can discuss this in detail, taking into consideration your specific needs.

Will anti-wrinkle treatments make my face look “frozen”?

Absolutely not. During the procedure, we choose very carefully which muscles to inject to prevent your facial expressions from changing or becoming “frozen”. The dose will also be tailored to your goals, meaning we can customise exactly how much movement you will have after the procedure.
