				I had an amazing experience with Dr Raquel and honestly cannot recommend her and the clinic highly enough.

I initially booked a consultation for concerns around ageing skin and TMJ issues, having heard Botox in the jaw could help. I would quite happily have gone ahead and spent £400 on treatment, so what I received instead was incredibly refreshing and unexpected.

From the moment I walked into the clinic after a busy workday, I instantly felt calm. The clinic itself is beautiful, peaceful, serene, softly lit, with calming music and the loveliest aromatherapy scent throughout. Natalie was on reception and greeted me so warmly with genuine kindness and made me feel welcome immediately.

When I met Dr Raquel, she instantly put me at ease. She was caring, inquisitive, attentive and, most importantly, completely honest. After a very thorough assessment, she explained that Botox in my jaw was unlikely to give me the results I was hoping for and that she did not want me to waste my money. I appreciated that honesty so much.

Rather than simply recommending treatments, she took the time to explore everything that could be contributing to both my TMJ symptoms and ageing skin, including my sleep, stress levels, diet, skincare, overall health and lifestyle. I later received a personalised treatment plan, skincare recommendations, advice on supplements and ways to improve my wellbeing from the inside out. I also purchased the supplements and skincare she recommended and have genuinely found them really beneficial.

				I have been to four different skin specialists and aesthetic practitioners. Dr Raquel excelled by far. Her expertise is very clear. I felt 100% safe each time. I have never had complications with the five treatments that I have had with her.



The results are visible from the polynucleotide treatment. I had given up hope to alleviate my dark circles. It works!



Dr Raquel is also ahead of the curve within her field. Other aesthetics practitioners did not offer me polynucleotides and exosomes, (even though they had also been medically trained).



And Dr Raquel is modern in her approach by promoting health mapping and biohacking. (I feel inspired when I visit for treatments.)
